US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS ground. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Orders will ship within 5 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on Holidays and weekends will be shipped out within 3-5 days starting the next business day.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns

  • Mav & My accepts returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable/Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size or variant.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back to ensure availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mav & My LLC is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Mav & My LLC is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service so they can assist you.
